Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Mount Steel. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled if an issue occurs.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship to:

* P.O. boxes
* APO/FPO addresses
* U.S. territories
* International addresses

Shipping availability to Alaska and Hawaii may be limited and may require additional charges. Contact us before ordering if delivery is needed outside the contiguous United States.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Promotional or free-shipping offers apply only when specifically stated and may be subject to geographic, product, or order-value restrictions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination, carrier, and selected shipping service.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Large or Heavy Products

Some Mount Steel products may be shipped as large or heavy packages.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the package when required. Carriers may leave the package at the delivery location if no signature is required.

Delivery does not include installation, removal of an existing appliance, electrical work, plumbing work, or placement inside the property unless specifically stated at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed after the order ships.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Check around the delivery location.
2. Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff.
3. Contact the carrier.
4. Contact Mount Steel if the package remains missing.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing an order. Mount Steel is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted or shipped.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

If an order has already shipped, it may need to be handled under our Return Policy.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect the package and product promptly after delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged, photograph the packaging before opening it. Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

Report shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery.

Your message should include:

* Order number
* Customer name
* Description of the issue
* Photos of the product
* Photos of the shipping box and label
* Photos of any visible damage

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect our ability to submit a carrier claim or provide a replacement.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Mount Steel is not responsible for carrier delays after a shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the package appears lost, contact us. We will assist with the carrier investigation where appropriate.

A replacement or refund may not be issued until the carrier investigation is completed.

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

Orders that are refused, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient may be subject to:

* Return shipping charges
* Original shipping charges
* Carrier fees
* Restocking fees, where permitted

These amounts may be deducted from any refund.

Installation Responsibility

Shipping and delivery do not confirm that a product is suitable for a particular property or installation.

Before purchasing, customers should confirm electrical, plumbing, space, and installation requirements with a qualified professional.

Mount Steel is not responsible for installation costs, electrician fees, plumbing fees, modifications, or other expenses resulting from purchasing an incompatible product.
